Child Safety Standards
Balkandejt Premium — published standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
About Balkandejt Premium
Balkandejt Premium is a dating application operated by BD Media AB. We are strictly an adults-only (18+) platform. Protecting users — and especially preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) — is a core priority for our service.
Zero tolerance for CSAE
Balkandejt Premium has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion involving minors, or any content or conduct that endangers children.
We explicitly prohibit users from:
- Creating an account or using the service if they are under 18 years of age
- Uploading, sharing, soliciting, or distributing CSAM or any sexual content involving minors
- Grooming, exploiting, or attempting to exploit minors in any way
- Impersonating a minor or misrepresenting age to access the platform
- Using the service to facilitate contact with minors for abusive or exploitative purposes
Any violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, preservation of relevant evidence where legally permitted, and reporting to appropriate law enforcement or child protection authorities.
Age restriction (18+ only)
Balkandejt Premium is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and older. We use automated and manual measures to detect and remove underage users, including profile review, user reports, and blocking of identifiers associated with known bad actors. Users are encouraged to report any profile that may depict or represent a minor.
In-app reporting and user feedback
Balkandejt Premium provides in-app mechanisms for users to report concerns, inappropriate behaviour, and suspected CSAE or CSAM, including:
- Block and report options within user profiles (via the three-dots menu or flag icon)
- Reporting of inappropriate messages, images, or conduct through in-app tools
- Contact with our support team for safety-related concerns
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. We treat child safety reports as high priority.
Addressing CSAM
When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE-related content on Balkandejt Premium, we take prompt action, including but not limited to:
- Removing the content and disabling the associated account(s)
- Preserving relevant information as required by applicable law
- Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline, or to the relevant regional authority where applicable
- Cooperating with law enforcement when legally required
Compliance with child safety laws
Balkandejt Premium complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. Our practices are designed to align with industry standards for combating online child sexual exploitation, including timely reporting of confirmed CSAM to competent authorities.
Moderation and enforcement
We use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect policy violations, including red-flag language and images, suspicious profiles, and user-generated reports. Accounts associated with CSAE, CSAM, or attempts to circumvent age restrictions are removed and may be permanently banned.
